Educational Objectives of Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Program

Graduates of Department of Industrial Engineering aim to take on roles as

1. Engineers/experts/managers/prospective managers; who develop data-driven solutions in the presence of uncertainty, risk, and constraints; who design and manage sustainable systems by considering the environmental and societal benefits, in their professional careers.
2. Researchers/graduate students/academicians who are critical thinkers and capable of conducting graduate level studies and/or research at R&D departments.
3. Professionals who contribute to improving organizational performance within their institutions; who play an active role in decision-making and development processes; and who are adaptable to changing conditions and open to growth,
4. Innovative and entrepreneur engineers/company owners/partners, who follow global trends, develop business models, and design and manage projects.
